From onboarding a passionate co-founder to assembling a committed team and aligning with value-driven investors, the journey has been as enriching as it was challenging. Today, seeing TalentGum thrive fills me with the same pride a parent feels watching their child grow and succeed. While I’ve stepped back from daily operations to focus on personal priorities, I continue to guide the company’s strategic direction in my role as Founder and Director.

Technopreneur | 25+ Years of developing technology | 10 years of Worked with various MNCs across multiple countries I am founder and CEO of a furniture rental startup, RentBasket. It is currently operational in Gurgaon and Noida and expanding fast to other nearby geographies. It has proudly served customers, offering smart, flexible rental solutions and boasts to earn 4.9 Star Google Rating.My entrepreneurial journey started in 2015 with the founding of Investors Gurukul Real Estate Services Pvt. Ltd.(IGRES). The goal was to streamline workflows in the real estate sector using technology. In 2018, I spawned another company, IG Infosystems from IGRES, a pure tech startup focused on building innovative technology solutions. In 2021, IG Infosystems produced a brand TalentGum, a leading e-learning platform for Art, Dance, Music, Public speaking and Chess empowering learners from more than 50+ countries and employing 500+ human resources from across the country. Today IGRES powers RentBasket’s backend operations, providing a robust and cost-effective technology platform that enables scalable and efficient services with profitability.As a Technopreneur, I’m passionate about solving real-world problems through affordable, scalable, and employment-generating tech solutions — always with an eye towards meaningful impact.From addressing real estate inefficiencies to revolutionising extracurricular education, and now, making urban living more comfortable and accessible for young professionals — this journey has been both dynamic and deeply fulfilling.Beyond work, I love spending quality time with my family and especially with my younger son, who has sparked my Entrepreneurial journey.
