Hello Linkedin Colleagues,I am Vijaya Madhu, a Manufacturing Engineering professional with 9 Years\' experience with key expertise in New Product Introduction, Process Planning, Digital Engineering, Manufacturing(assembly) & Project Management domain. Having worked hands-on right from early product development planning to Production phase, I bring in depth understanding of Product development, Lifecycle management & overall Powertrain assembly process. Currently I work with a global team of dedicated Engineers building the Battery Factories that make State of the art Batteries with latest production Technology. I also have a broad experience in Operational Efficiency, Lean manufacturing methodologies & continuous Improvement. Having worked on Various Powertrain architectures in Both Green & brown Field from scratch to 100 %, I am fortunate enough to gain Knowledge to solve meaningful problems & achieve successful launch. Keeping the Customer at the center, I work on Technologies & trends that create impact & generate value.
