Worked as in house legal head with various companies and freelance legal consultant to various corporates providing all kind of legal support like litigation handling, documentation and compliances.Actively involved in litigation handling of matters related to CBI, ED, DRT, NCLT, Recovery, civil, criminal and RERA.Appearing in arbitration proceedings and successfully handled claim of more than 10 crore. Have more than 30 years of experience working with various corporates as legal head and lastly worked as General Manager-Corporate Legal with Simbhaoli Sugars Ltd.Also running a NGO Dr. Garima Singh Foundation, a section 8 company, to pursue my passion of working in primary education. Presently running an English Medium primary school “Mitthu Ki Pathshala” (Nursery to 8th Class) in a village of Meerut District Uttar Pradesh, in memory of my daughter Late Garima (Mitthu) as a charitable institution under Dr Garima Singh Foundation (A section 8 company). In the school we have 374children in the present session, all belonging to nearby villages and lower strata of the society. We provide school books, uniform, school beg and complete stationery to all children without any charges, free of cost.

Established a primary school in a village having almost all modern facilities where all the children are provided books, uniforms, bags and stationery free of cost.In healthcare the foundation holds free health camps. Our regular program on women healthcare is where the foundation regularly distribute sanitary napkins pads in villages with the help of our volunteers.
