I led the structural design of complex underwater platforms, specifically taking charge of four premier submarines, pioneering indigenization of submarine structure design by integrating empirical, analytical, and numerical methods, leading to significant cost savings and technical self-reliance. I also mastered mitigating high-risk design constraints, linking 60 equipment variables to data maturity stages in a key development project. & I built traceability across 100+ technical documents (3D models, specifications, testing plans). I digitized experimental datasets and embedded the DIKW framework into design tools, drastically improving knowledge referencing and eliminated inconsistencies. & My focus ensures designs are fully translatable from paper to execution thereafter coordinated with stakeholders to develop and approve over 10 hull equipment systems, managing change requests and synchronizing with platform developments. & I led distributed design teams of 50 engineers, overseeing recruitment, training, and performance. My autonomy, skill rotation, and recognition programs kept attrition 25% lower than industry norms. I managed a significant multi-phase equipment project and leading capability upgrades. & In strategic roles, I represented the Navy on diplomatic missions for technology transfer, ensuring seamless information-sharing across key stakeholders to prevent delays and penalties and aligned activities across five work centers for unified progress on complex platforms.
