Dr. D. Vijay Kumar has more than 25+ years of experience in the Education Sector and related arenas. He is a Visionary, Leadership Trainer, Mentor, Counselor and Strategic Thinker in the Education Space. He is a Life Skills Trainer and has touched the lives of more than students, teachers and educational professionals. Apart from training and consulting in the Higher Education and K-12 Sector, he is the Co-Founder of an International standards school in Hyderabad. He has launched many brands, been an Intrapreneur / Entrepreneur and Mentor to start-ups which have survived the test of time.During his professional life he has many First\'s to his credit and to list a few; • Implemented National Curriculum Framework (NCF-2005) in 2006• Facilitated the First Online Teaching & Web based education for K12 in 2004• Conceptualize and rolled out Campus Recruitment Training in 2003• Designed Multi-media based Training & In-house Learning Centers in 1996• Executed Personality Development Program (PDP) for students in 1994Currently, apart from overseeing his own schools he is an Advisor, Mentor to startups and also does Strategic Consulting & Training in the Education Sector. He is was the founding team member and Director, Osmania University Idea Labs an Incubation Center of Osmania University and Osmania Foundation. He also served as a Member, Internal Quality Assurance Cell, Osmania University and Academic Council, OUCE, Osmania University.He has been associated with various genuine not-for-profit organizations and helped them on their path to reach the desired goals. Were a Mentor to an NGO, Bhumi during its founding days in 2006 and a Guide to the Founders of the Desire Society. He was instrumental in reviving the Alumni Association University College of Engineering, Osmania University. Further, he was the Organising Secretary of the Alumni Committee of Osmania University Centenary Celebration.He is not a run-of-the-mill kind of a guy and always ran against the crowd. Picking up newer challenges, inventing and reinventing are his forte. Never chased worldly things and content with what he has been doing. Spent most of his time on gains for the institutions he was associated with.He is passionate about whatever he does especially in the Education Sector and enjoys the process.
