Designing of several Mechanical system for the Humanoid Robot and few automated systems- Structural analysis of mechanical components and assemblies using calculations- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical and IT engineers to ensure integration of components- Integrate electronics, sensors and cables in joints with large range of motions- Optimize parts and assemblies for weight and cost- Experience in concept design and layouts, detail designs and drawings (GD & T, design calculations and design checking)- Design of component based on both traditionally and 3D manufacturing process by using Autodesk Inventor-Proficient in 3D printing technologies, including Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM)and selective Laser Sintering (SLS)-Experience in optimizing designs for additive manufacturing, considering factors such as support structures, layer resolution, and material properties- Familiarity with a range of 3D printing materials and their applications-Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in 3D printing
