   Responsibilities (RMC Plant & Site)- Complete quality control of RMC batching plant operations- Monitoring concrete production as per approved mix designs- Conducting trial mixes and obtaining approval from Client/PMC- Maintaining cement, aggregate, admixture testing records- Daily monitoring of fresh concrete tests (slump, temperature, density)- Cube casting, curing, testing, and strength monitoring- Coordination with site teams for grade-wise concrete supply- Handling plant calibration, batching accuracy, and audit records- Troubleshooting concrete-related issues (workability, setting time, strength)- Ensuring compliance with QAP, ITP, IS Codes, and project specifications.
