Currently, I work as a checker, processing 150 policy transfer requests daily with 98% accuracy, ensuring compliance with UK pension guidelines.• Team Support: Supervising team members, including providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to the existing team members as well as new joiners, to ensure that they are performing their jobseffectively. • Productivity Reporting: Planning and organising the team\'s work, prioritizing work, and ensuring that deadlines are met and daily targets are met. I used to report daily queue status to the manager and lead others to be more vigilant about daily incoming requests from the members. • Created SOP: Reduced transfer processing time by 20% by implementing a checklist-based validation system or a quick access process manual, which simplifies the overall transfer process. • Automation: There are some tasks in the process that can be automated. In September 2023, I presented the Manager and TLs with this idea, and we worked together to implement it with the client\'s approval. It is as if we have created a robot that can perform a specified task on its own, which is recurring in nature.
