Dr. Vijay Ganesh Hariharan works as a Principal Economist in Amazon\'s Supply Chain and Optimization Technologies (SCOT) team.He previously worked a professor of marketing at Erasmus University Rotterdam and at the University of Central Florida. His expertise includes using econometric, statistical and operational research techniques to answer managerially relevant questions related to branding and advertising. He has taught courses on marketing analytics, marketing strategy and digital media marketing to undergraduate and graduate students and supervises graduate theses.His publications have appeared in Journal of Marketing, Management Science, International Journal of Research in Marketing and Journal of Business Research and have been presented in various international conferences. Vijay is an Editorial Board Member of Journal of Business Research and reviews for various journals. He holds a PhD in Marketing and M.A. in Economics from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
