I have more than 25 years of experience working for leading IT, Investment and Non-profit organizations. I have donned various leadership roles across Technology, Consulting, Business Development and Program/Delivery Management working for leading IT Services firms such as Cognizant Technology Solutions, Wipro and non-profits such as Vision-Aid. I had also served in the Advisory board of a leading Healthcare product company. I am a global leader with more than a decade of experience in market/client facing roles in the USA and other geographies.I am the Co-founder of P2x Consultancy Services, a consulting and advisory firm based in Chennai. We provide IT advisory services for a network of US based Investment and Venture capital firms. I also advise clients on broad IT trends and investments through Advisory networks such as Guidepoint, Infollion Research and Coleman Research. Additionally, I also help organizations improve their employee productivity through innovative consulting programs.I am a Part-time Director and Advisor at Vision-Aid (VA), a Boston based NGO that works for the cause of Visually impaired in India. I work closely with VA leadership team to strengthen their program delivery and processes, forge new partnerships, raise funds and help VA in its expansion goals across India. In addition, I also help VA scale-up its Digital Accessibility Training and Testing centre as well as scale-up it\'s Research and Development work with research partners on Vision Rehabilitation.I had also served in the Advisory Board Member of SHG Technologies, a global engineering and Healthcare product company. I helped them apply technology innovation to problems that have social relevance.Prior to this, I was with Cognizant Technology Solutions for over 18 years in various leadership roles. Most recently, I was Senior Director and Global head of their Enterprise Application - Cloud Integration practice where I was responsible for leading a team of 1300+ Integration specialists providing world class integration solutions for clients across the globe. Earlier I was Delivery Head managing global delivery for Consumer Goods clients.My expertise are in the areas of Digital Engineering, Cloud computing, Digital Accessibility, Technology Innovation, Setting up & managing large technology CoE’s and helping clients drive digital at scale.I hold a Business Leadership Certification from HBP (An affiliate of Harvard Business School) & a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Government College of Technology, Coimbatore, India.

Through its partner network of eye hospitals, blind schools and community center’s, VA touches the lives of of people across more than 15 locations in India. In addition, VA conducts several training programs for the visually impaired helping them develop skills leading to gainful employment.I work with VA leadership team to strengthen their program delivery and processes, streamline operations and help VA in its expansion goals across India. In addition, I help VA scale-up their Digital Accessibility Training and Testing center to become a premier partner for organizations globally for their Digital Accessibility testing needs.
