I come with over 20+ years of experience, I am currently working for SHELL focusing on building strong capability to deliver cloud-based data platform, driving Release management for home grown applications & 3rd party product-based platform, building Bangalore capability for sub-surface vertical. Prior to SHELL, worked for Verizon Telecommunication & Cisco systems driving E2E software delivery in techno-functional leadership role. I have good exposure to service and Product delivery in my IT career and come with about 12+ years for Project / Program management, experience managing team size of about 120+ technical members in onsite – offshore delivery model. Mostly exposed to JAVA technology stack including Cloud (AWS & Azure), REST API, NO SQL DB, Elastic search, Micro-services-based solution development with Agile & DevOps tools and mindset.I am a transformational leader who value transparency and I feel most productive when I spend time in developing those I lead and serve. I enjoy working with technical team and driving delivery discussion which are mixed of technology and management. I communicate openly which allows me to be authentic which intern help me build strong bonds with stakeholders, proven experience in building high-performance teams and scalable best-practices in an engineering organization with strong technical aptitude and proven experience in architecture, design, delivery of data-intensive applications and building software with a strong focus on end user experience.
