I had total 12.8 year of experience currently I am working as a production manager in Gujarat flourochemical limited Dahej.Here in GFL I am handling the PTFE batch plant operation, and Pilot plant operation of multiple grade flourochemical and flouropolymer addetives, In pilot plant establizing the new product quality, Here total 25 DCS and field operator and 8 shift engineer are directly reporting to me and I am reporting to GM and VP of production department. and in my past experience I had completed the green field project of SABIC technology Ultem monomer plant 40TPD where I had done the erection, pre commissioning and commissioning of plant and utilities, this.plant involves the Pneumatic Powder Transfer system, melter, Reactor, Extraction column, flash vessel, decantor, Distillation column, stripping column, Agitated thin flim dryer, Direct connect condenser, pastillator, High pressure pumps, Liquid ring vacuum pump, hot oil furnace- 15 brine loop, breathing air, instrument air, Nitrogen, 12 bar steam. Do the vertical start up of plant and achieve the consistent quality norms. As a plant manager I had 41 team members as a direct reporties, also dealing with the service department for resolving the plant issues, Initiating the MOC for any modifications required in plant, taking care of government compliance part of Environment, health and safety, Doing the quality circle project, kaizen and 5S. Do Production planing with the help of SAP. Maintaing the Production quality as per norms and fulfilling the coustomer demand, Taking care continous as well as batch plant process parameters through DCS to achieve the consisting product quality norms. Contract labour manpowr management. Where I had do pre commissioning and commissioning of continuous and batch plant. I had also do commissioning and start up of DMP Plant, her I had done HAZOP, HIRA, Punch round and PSSR where I had the experience of unit Operation of PTS, melter, CSTR, PFR, Extraction column, flash vessel, ATFE, Direct contact condenser, distillation column, stripping column, pastillator, vacuum ejector system & also I have 5 year 6 month experience of production of Polyethylene terephthalte (PET) polymer chips plant operating the unit operation of CSTR, PFR, Process Column, Vacuum ejector, condenser, heat exchanger ( shell and tube, PHE), Rotary dryer, classifier all types of Pumps, also operate the therminol 66 oil NG boiler. 3 year production of cellulose fiber handling the unit operation carbon disulphate scrubber, condenser, tunnel dryer.
