ABOUT VIJAY JOSHI
Vijay is the Director of Portfolio Operations at Turnspire Capital Partners and is responsible for leading value creation initiatives across the firm’s portfolio companies. He has more than a decade of experience spanning private equity, M&A, corporate finance, and operations. Prior to joining Turnspire, Vijay was a Vice President at Hidden Harbor Capital Partners where he helped develop and implement standard operating procedures and led various value creation workstreams across the firm’s portfolio companies. Prior to joining Hidden Harbor, Vijay worked in FP & A for Delta Apparel, a publicly-traded, vertically-integrated manufacturer, distributor, and marketer of apparel products, where he led financial planning and supported cash management activities, external audits, and process improvements. Vijay has also worked at large Fortune 250 organizations in both strategic planning and supply chain roles that spanned market research and competitive analysis, merger integration, and inventory management.Vijay holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
