I am Vijai Bastin, co founded Creace Technologies Pvt Ltd with a vision to help corporates and individuals build software solutions for their businesses. Over 10 years of experience in Software Industry and being a certified Lean and Six sigma blackbelt, I am able to constantly work on identifying defects in the processes and to improve the efficiency of my organization. Being an entrepreneur requires to handle multiple roles and responsibilities which is both challenging and exciting and I have walked in the shoe of a business analyst, been a project manager for various projects which had global clients, headed and still heading the Business operations of the firm, manages a team of 25 people, handles the responsibility of a delivery head, connecting and maintaining healthy business relationship with global customers, Helping generate more Business and Revenue by Heading a team of Business Analysts and Sales and marketing team, quality improvement for various process and also efficiently handles software testing to ensure the quality of products delivered to our customers.
