I am responsible for Compliance and Advisory engagements across tax, social security and immigration for assigned clientele which include large global multinationals. This includes:*Experience in handling income tax, social security and immigration compliance for large population for India inbound and outbound employees’ for large multinational companies.*Preparation and review of individual income tax return considering the treaty benefits, Form 16, hypothetical tax computations, TEQ, monthly withholdings, PF computation, etc.*Review of quarterly e-TDS returns (form 24Q & 26Q) and assisting the employers in filing the same*Representing the expatriate and employer before the tax authorities for scrutiny, penalty proceedings and other matters (default / late payment of withheld taxes)Assistance with documentation for immigration assistance*Advisory engagements relating to employee incentive plan, compensation structuring, social security, assignment structuring & immigration*Strategy planning including cost effective mobility solutions with 100% compliance including meeting regional country specific requirement*On the job training and guidance to junior resource assigned to me
