I’m a Mechanical Engineer with a strong foundation in tire research, vehicle dynamics, durability testing, finite element analysis, and advanced modeling techniques. After earning my MS from Virginia Tech—where I led research projects at the Center for Tire Research (CenTiRe) and developed constitutive and finite element models to study and predict rubber aging—I transitioned to the automotive industry with Goodyear.At Goodyear, I’ve contributed to global durability projects and integrated cutting-edge image processing and deep learning techniques to advance tire analysis and testing. My work blends technical expertise with a commitment to innovation, driving improvements in product performance and safety. I also co-developed a user-friendly software tool that streamlines tire section measurement processes, significantly boosting accuracy and efficiency in plant operations.Currently, I’m the Principal Investigator on an AI-driven project focused on automating defect detection in tires, collaborating with external partners to implement innovative quality control solutions.Beyond my technical work, I serve as Vice President of the Asia India Middle East (AIM) Employee Resource Group, fostering cultural awareness, professional development, and engagement across the organization as well as adding commercial value for the business.As my career progresses, I’ve developed a keen interest in corporate strategy, finance, and product management.
