Leading work to solidify Humana’s transformation to a healthcare company through launch of new purpose and attributed people and process shifts for all 90k associates, including 50k newly integrated clinicians. Led efforts with senior HR and communications leaders to develop new guidebook for onboarding and performance management. Responsible for defining needed shifts to enterprise operating model and implementation of new consumer-oriented clinical quality measures needed to help drive health outcomes.
