Service Integration & Management (SIAM), area of work is Multi Supplier Integration Management which deals with the Orchestration and focus on Various IT Services from many Service Providers to business.My Roles and Responsibilities include-IT Service Management Process and Consulting Services for ITIL V3 and V4 Processes and Service Management Tools-Establish Process Design, Service Improvements, Transition & Transformation-Conducting Due Diligence, performing gap analysis and design the solution for all ITSM process-Responsible for understanding the processes active at customer’s environment and evaluate them against stated and standard business requirements in terms of ITSM process maturity -Identifying and documentation of the GAP between the process in place and customers business requirement & industrialized ITIL best practices-Design a solution to bridge the identified GAP(s) considering industrialized ITIL best practices-Centralization and aggregation of Service Level Agreements with all IT vendors and Suppliers -Work closely with ITSM tools team to confirm the implementation feasibility of the designed solutions at the tool level (ServiceNow)-Process Management, Metrics and Governance, Data analysis & Business reporting-Promote new organizational practices through Organizational Change Management-Manage risks & issues impacting project deliverable and prepare and implement risk mitigation procedures.
