I’m Vigneshwar Rajendran, currently serving as Head – Global Supply Chain and Project Manager at MN Engineering Solutions, with over a decade of experience spanning Project Management, Tool Design, and Supply Chain.I hold an M.Tech in Computer Aided Design (CAD) from SRM University, Chennai, and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University. My career has been built on bridging design innovation and operational efficiency — managing end-to-end product development, sourcing, and delivery for global clients. As a Project Manager / Head – Global Supply Chain at MN Engineering Solutions, I currently handle design projects for specialty vehicles manufacturing and taking care of supply chain operations. Beyond engineering, I’m passionate about continuous improvement, digital transformation, and mentoring young engineers. I enjoy exploring creative pursuits such as graphic design, sculpture making, and restoration art, which often fuel my innovative mindset at work. I’m passionate about building efficient engineering ecosystems, mentoring teams, and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance design quality, productivity, and supply chain performance.
