ERP : SAP & ARIBA • Receive and validate customer purchase order process.• Single Point of Contact (POC) for all Delivery Operations (DO) Heads and Account Logistics Managers (ALM) escalation for a given pool.• Ensures opportunity ID (CRM) is linked to customer purchase order.• Performs order sanity check using checklist. In case of missing, unclear or wrong information, collaborates with SSM/TCC and Finance to ensure order correctness.• Completes order entry template (OET). Collaborates with Finance, Cost & Progress Management Team, SSM/TCC to ensure order correctness.• Experience in identifying issues in processes and creating solutions, and working with cross-functional teams to drive required changes.• Coordinates ordering activities until final acceptance, in accordance with the project rollout plan.• Pre invoicing BoQ and SAP alignment with Finance.• Pre shipment inspection coordination.• Identify correct source of supply base and make sure it is used while ordering.• CPO get’s validated and registered in Alliance Tool.• Based on BOM details and technical configurations, Sales orders will be processed by our team in SAP P20.• Handling of License, Software, Hardware / Equipment delivery & Service delivery orders as per customer commitment.• Coordination of SO until completion of PGI & DN to complete GR.• Invoices are processed based on milestone billing plan PAC & FAC on Quarter end.• Coordinating with Finance & Collection for submission of final invoice to Customer
