I analyzed credit, income (including salaried, self-employed, and rental), assets, and collateral documents, using both DU/LP and manual underwriting methods. I ensured all files met investor and internal overlays, identified potential risks and fraud indicators, and maintained excellent turnaround times while adhering to quality and compliance standards. I collaborated with processors and loan officers to resolve conditions and utilized LOS platforms like Encompass to manage and track loan files throughout the underwriting process.
