Forecasted the demand of Service and Accessory parts for 2 Part Centers and 15 Part DistributionCenters by channeling all the data to single file and handling around ~1.2 Million parts (part-locationcombinations). Handled all the types of parts irrespective of its demand fluctuation by segregating intodifferent segments and handled the drifting parts through model drift approach. Being the Pioneer to theproject, took responsibility from POC till current release. Used both Statistical and Machine Learningmodels like LSTM, SVR, ARIMA, SARIMA, TBATS, Prophet, ETS, Croston & Moving Average. TheML Model built reduced around $46.1 Million for a year in Inventory handling charges.Forecasted the Financial data, Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), which companyfinance primarily relies on. Created models with both External and Internal co-relation parameterswhich yielded best performance using SARIMAX, SVR, LSTM and N-Beats. The ML Enabled modelimproved accuracy to 98-99%, reduced delivery time by 98% and invoice dispute prediction accuracyincreased to 80-85%Extracted Information from Financial Documents (Annual & Quarterly Reports) irrespective of itsoriginal data and format using Document Image Transformer(DIT) which used Detectron2 by Meta fordetecting objects in the given image.
