I’m someone who enjoys problem-solving and building things — whether that’s a marketing function from scratch, a brand people remember, or systems that help teams work smarter.I started my professional journey as the founder of a small reselling venture, Greenware Traders, which gave me a strong bias for ownership and execution. I then moved into marketing and spent 6 years combining creativity with data to build strategies aligned with business goals.At Voltrix Mobility, I joined as the first marketer and built the marketing function from the ground up — spanning campaigns, product messaging and positioning, product launch planning, website + SEO, social media strategy, and offline initiatives.I’m currently at CustomerLabs where I joined as a CSM and now leading the Onboarding and Support teams. My work today sits at the intersection of customer needs, internal processes, and product feedback loops — with a strong focus on simplifying workflows, improving adoption, and reducing friction through better systems and automation.I’m especially interested in how great products grow — not just through acquisition, but by reducing friction, improving activation, and helping users reach value faster.
