I’m passionate about understanding user behavior and shaping intuitive experiences that keep products ahead in a competitive market.My experience spans across Retail and IT industries, where I’ve led cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions in Learning & Development, Global Immigration, StoreOps, Category Planning, Planogramming, and Store Execution tools. My recent domain expertise is in Retail and Store Tech, and I can talk a lot about Connected Retail: Shelf/Space Planning and Store Intelligence solutions that improve in-store execution and operational efficiency. I take pride in bridging business goals with user needs, fostering collaboration, and driving measurable outcomes.I have also worked on end to end gamified platforms and wireframed extensively early in my career even though it was outside my role, only out of pure passion for UI UX.Beyond work, you’ll often find me hiking scenic trails, photographing nature and wildlife, or exploring the markets as a casual stock trader.
