I prepare and serve a wide range of classic and signature cocktails with precision and consistency while maintaining a fun and welcoming atmosphere for guests.I also help deliver cocktail masterclasses for private and corporate groups, making sure every session feels interactive and memorable. Managing the bar during high volume service hours has strengthened my ability to stay calm under pressure, multitask efficiently and communicate clearly within a fast moving team.Beyond the technical side of mixology, this role has shaped my confidence, attention to detail, and understanding of customer experience, qualities I bring to every professional environment I work in.
