SDV Hub is the Volkswagen Group\'s Software Defined Vehicle Hub, focussing on developing the next generation E/E architecture and software defined vehicles.Led the establishment of the Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) Hub, between VW, CARIAD, and Audi.Developed the detailed product and engineering plan for the next generation of EVs and E/E Architecture for the VW Group.Drove the Technical Program Management of the E/E architecture with the Vehicle programs and facilitated the implementation of reference hardware and software platform onto test benches and reference car.Coordinated the key business processes such as hiring, lean decision making process and governance with key stakeholders across all levels in the VW Group.Drove the ramp up from first hire to 150 experts within 6 months, successfully driving one of the key workstreams of the company-wide Transformation Program.Led a team running the operations of the SDV Hub, facilitating efficient collaboration between the Audi & VW teams, and the CARIAD teams in Germany and Mountain View.

In my current role as Chief of Staff and Head of Operations at CARIAD, I established the Software-Defined Vehicle Hub in the VW Group, fostering collaboration between German OEMs and U.S-based teams, as well as CARIAD, VW and Audi.
