My journey with Vy Systems began in 2021, where I have since played a pivotal role in various aspects of talent acquisition and management.In this role iam more primarily focused on staffing, leveraging diverse sources such as linkedin, Naukri and website applicants to identify and shortlist profiles that align with the organization\'s needs. These profiles are then meticulously curated and presented to hiring managers for further consideration.Recognizing the importance of understanding the precise requirements of each hiring manager, I actively engage in meetings to gather hiring inputs. This ensures a comprehensive understanding of the skill sets and qualifications necessary for success in each role.Moreover, I oversees the crucial HR round of interviews, where I conduct thorough assessments of candidates and negotiates salaries in accordance with company standards. Importantly, I ensure that all the candidates, regardless of outcome, receive prompt and constructive feedback to aid in their professional development.In addition to my involvement in the hiring process, Iam responsible for managing the documentation and offering letter issuance for successful candidates through the Talent Connect portal. This streamlined approach ensures efficiency and transparency throughout the onboarding process.Furthermore, I do take a proactive approach to data management, regularly preparing detailed reports on various hiring metrics such as offer acceptance rates, internal movements, and offer declines. Handling End to End recruitment.Gathering resources from multiple channels like portals, website applicants and screening them for first level validation.Sharing the screened resumes to technical team for validation and scheduling interviews.Following up till closure and collect documents of selected resources for releasing offer letters.
