Review open POs on daily basis to ensure that avoid overdue.• Obtaining RFQ from supplier & negotiating cost, LT, MOQ per project needs• Working with logistics team for tracking shipment based on delivery terms.• Driving on OTD & YOY spend value to provide the RCA if not met as defined.• Maintaining dual source for A&B class materials to avoid production lost.• Closely working with Procurement, SQE, PLM & R&D for onboarding the new supplier and negotiation of costing as per product specs.• To liaising with CFT’s if any product for ramp up / down or NPI / projects.• Driving cost out project and getting LC (Letter of Credit) based on spend.• Understanding drawings and support to BOM creation team for smooth material flow.• Review the material availability and strengthen forecast accuracy by collaborating with Production Planning and S & OP.• Driving and developing supplier for Make to order materials with minimal cost, LT, MOQ as needed.• Review the incoming quality report and take actions appropriately.• Conducting QBR with supplier to mitigate the supply risk and other issues.• Lead & presenting all reports to management by using Power BI / Query.
