I also contributed to secure key generation processes for encryption and decryption to strengthen data protection.One of my major contributions includes the Asset Auto Assign feature for SDPondemand, which uses real-time user login data to automate asset-user mapping—significantly reducing manual effort and improving operational efficiency. I also worked on the Asset Audit feature with a focus on handling and processing large volumes of data seamlessly, ensuring performance and accuracy at scale.With over customer sessions under my belt, I’ve gained deep expertise in troubleshooting and support for complex, tool-related issues—always prioritizing customer satisfaction and product reliability.
