In deployment talks with a $7B managed services company. Built Wingman, a Teams-integrated assistant for natural language queries against live SAP S/4HANA Cloud data via MCP protocol. In production with enterprise customers. Built Account Radar and Lead Magnet: signal detection and contact intelligence tools that surface ERP transformation triggers, score decision-makers, and map influence. Both are live in internal and customer-facing GTM workflows. Travel to the UK for customer on-sites, run pre-sales demos, AI talks, and workshops. Often the technical person in the room helping translate AI capability into something that closes. Shipped 5 AI-powered tools the team uses daily. None were on a roadmap. Spotted the gaps in the field and built them.
