    Test responsible for requirement analysis, test specification, test automation & performing the test execution & validation for the charging systems especially the Mercedes Plug-In Hybrid Electric Vehicle - EVO PHEV carline projects in the High Voltage environment- Responsible for setting up the cluster HIL setup with the integration of On-board Charger (OBC), Direct-Current Box (DCB), Charge inlet controller (CIC) & Central Driving and Charging Controller (CDCC) with deep understanding of CAN, LIN, Flexray & Automotive Ethernet- Test experience with different charging protocols like IEC, CCS1, CCS2, SAE, CHAdeMO, GB/T along with understanding of Charging standards like IEC 61851-1, ISO15118, ISO15118 2 & DIN 70121- Responsible for validating & doing cross functional tests on the systems functions like Control AC Charging for IEC 61851-1, Control DC Charging for ISO15118 & DIN 70121, Create charge profile, Operate Charge flap, Show Charging Process & Manage Interoperability for Charging- Vehicle testing for the EVO PHEV carlines focusing on evaluating the performance, reliability & compatibility to ensure the charging speed, efficiency and reliability of hardware components such as OBC & DCB, with adherence to regulatory standards & Industry protocols- Led testing and change management for supplier ECUs, ensured on-time releases, and drove continuous improvement using Kaizen principles- Maintained requirement-to-test case traceability and documentation to support audits, with knowledge of six sigma & ensuring compliance with ASPICE standards- Validated On-Board Vehicle Diagnostics for Mercedes PHEV/EVs on ACC-II software, completing 6+ pre-PVE tests and DTC checks using DTS Monaco & Diagra tool- Formulated and executed test specs for ASIL B, C, D under ISO 26262, ensuring compliance with Safety Goals 3, 14, and 15
