With over ten years experience in product management, strategy, and client service, my expertise lies in driving product vision and execution. At Bluecore (Series E,$250M funding), I lead initiatives for our Customer Data Platform (CDP) product, which includes Audiences, Orchestration, and Extensibility services (>$50M indirect revenue). We aim to revolutionize marketing technology for retailers using AI, by leveraging ML and LLMs in solutions that drive shopper engagement and conversion. I love ideating and collaboratively designing innovative products for our users, ensuring we are at the forefront of the martech industry. For example, I designed self-serve data management capabilities to save $2.5M cost, and overhauled our segmentation engine to increase ease of use and retain $5M in client revenue. Operationally, the role has also involved spearheading product strategy and go-to-market launches for complex, cross-functional projects.
