Originally hired as a seasonal employee I was able to quickly move up the latter due to the outstanding training the company provides along with a promote from within company culture. Throughout my career with this industry leader I was promoted to a full-time position first. About 6 months later I was promoted to Timepiece department manager, a year later to Diamond department manager, shortly after to AGM and then to GM!
