About Vienna Pharaon
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in New York City who has years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I believe that to live a fuller life, you must strengthen yourself, and the relationships that are in it. Mindful Marriage and Family Therapy was founded to help clients with that process.My mission is to help you fulfill your therapeutic goals by helping you strengthen your emotional well being, improve your interpersonal relationships, gain insight and understanding around your triggers and reactions, while gaining the necessary tools to be in control of your life and the role you play in your meaningful relationships.I believe in working collaboratively with my clients. Together we will explore, discuss, challenge thoughts and feelings, and create goals. I use a systemic and integrative approach that addresses people in the context of relationships. I find extreme importance in understanding significant past relationships, and have a genuine curiousity in your life story.My style uses warmth, compassion, intuition, optimism, and collaboration.
