Chartered Accountant by training, MBA by curiosity, and transformation leader by instinct, I’ve built a career at the intersection of strategy, data, and human insight.I’ve led high-stakes initiatives in financial services, early education, and private-equity-backed growth companies—whether it was rethinking sales for a $285M business to become the top-producing unit at Bright Horizons, scaling KLAY’s operations for a 5x growth through a $5M digital transformation, or expanding CRISIL-Irevna’s global footprint from scratch. The throughline? I spot what’s misaligned before it breaks, and build systems—human and structural—that help organizations thrive.I’ve been entrusted with messy, undefined problems and turned them into momentum.
