About Vidyasri Katikadala
I am a Data Engineering Analyst with ~5 years of experience designing and supporting scalable data pipelines and analytics platforms, primarily on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).At Accenture, I have worked on enterprise-scale data migration and analytics initiatives where I built end-to-end batch and event-driven ETL pipelines, moving data from legacy and modern source systems into BigQuery. My work focuses on building reliable ingestion frameworks, applying data validation and transformation logic using SQL and Python, and organizing data using layered architectures (raw, transformed, curated) to ensure data quality and consistency.I have hands-on experience with GCP services such as Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Cloud build, Cloud Triggers, Pub/Sub, Eventarc, Cloud Schedular and Cloud Workflows and I’ve used Apache Airflow for scheduling and monitoring batch workflows. I am comfortable working in production environments, handling monitoring, failures, reprocessing, and SLA-driven data delivery.Beyond pipeline development, I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and follow good engineering practices including version control, CI/CD, testing, and code quality standards. I enjoy working on cloud-native data platforms that are scalable, loosely coupled, and easy to operate.I am currently looking for opportunities where I can continue to grow as a GCP-focused Data Engineer, working on modern data platforms and large-scale data processing systems.
