I’m a seasoned Senior Mainframe Developer and Technical Lead with over 11 years of experience delivering high‑impact solutions across Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, and Retail Supply Chain domains. My career has been built on a strong foundation in COBOL, JCL, DB2, IMS, CICS, VSAM, MQ Series, and a wide range of IBM mainframe utilities and tools. I specialize in mainframe development, modernization, migration, and production support, consistently ensuring stability, scalability, and performance across mission‑critical applications.I have led and mentored offshore teams, driven end‑to‑end technical design reviews, and collaborated closely with business stakeholders to deliver high‑quality, compliant, and efficient solutions.
