Also, plan and conduct workshops.•Ensuring adherence to change framework. •Identify & Analyze projects CARDI (Constrains, Assumptions, Risks, Dependencies, Issues) and mitigate risks & impediments that could impact project delivery by taking corrective measurement’s. •Resource & Stakeholders Management (including resource allocations, timelines & managing stakeholder’s communications). •Cost and Benefit Management (Managing the forecasting of costs, budget constraints, feeding into business case and regular reports, reporting on actual costs and explaining variance).•Governance on change management & liaising with management for requirements & cost approvals.•Ensure strong business engagement skills to bring people together to seek out mutually beneficial solutions and approaches to issues or problem areas. •Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.•Successfully managing and delivering multiple projects related to technology re-fresh and platform upgrade/change projects. Also, Datalake management projects for Data Analytics and platform.
