Primary responsibility is delivery of enhancement, technical guidance, overseeing the support issues, working with various modules and units, addressing the customer issues, escalation, providing the customer support, enhancement and new feature development.Core Responsibilities: Global team management, Knowledge building Report out of the team progress to stake holders. Technical guidance, Suggestion for design changes and white board sessions, Code reviews Enhancement and defect resolution solution reviews Inculcating the Dev Culture in the team. Program velocity, burn-up, defect tracking & information dashboards Building the Machine Learning based Intelligence tool to help the defect triages and resolutions.
