Daalchini provides instant, affordable, healthy home-cooked food to corporate professionals through IoT enabled Phygital (Physical + Digital) vending machines. We bridge the gap of supply and demand of home-cooked food that is both instantly available, healthy and hygienic. A gap that food delivery apps, tiffin services, and home chefs were unable to fulfil. In this process of a quick delivery, we help the customer save Rs. 40 that add towards the delivery cost and an average of 40 minutes of waiting time. We’ve recorded 5X growth during 2019-20 in both the number of orders and unique paying user base. We also got some breakthroughs by building a franchisee model and the total number of kiosks grew from 15% in Apr 2019 to 60% in Mar 2020. During the previous financial year, we’ve added 3 more cities – Chandigarh, Mumbai and Pune in addition to our existing operational base in Delhi NCR.
