I also architected a personalized shopping platform leveraging customer insights to deliver tailored recommendations, product offers, and service upgrades, significantly boosting customer satisfaction and engagement. Currently, I am driving & leading the discovery phase of a hybrid agentic AI framework with a use case to automate error handling in application journeys, ensuring robust, seamless user experiences while enhancing operational reliability.
