Senior Officer – HR & Administration | Resil ChemicalsAt Resil Chemicals, a leading player in the chemical solutions industry with a workforce of around 800 employees, I contribute to managing core HR and administrative functions that support business growth and employee well-being.My role includes:Driving the talent acquisition process through sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.Managing employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, appointment/release letters, and documentation.Overseeing payroll, attendance tracking, and compliance with labor laws.Leading employee engagement initiatives to build a positive and motivated workforce.Supporting performance management processes to align employees with organizational goals.Handling administrative operations to ensure efficient workplace management.This role allows me to play a key part in strengthening organizational efficiency, compliance, and employee satisfaction across a large and dynamic workforce.
