About Vidya Dubey
Human Resource Management is something I do and I absolutely love doing. I started my career as BD and marketing professional but I eventually developed a keen interest in HR and transitioned into a role as a recruiter. This allowed me to learn the importance of hiring the right person for the right job. I have since progressed to an HR Business Partner role, where I am dedicated to aligning HR strategies with business strategies and fostering the personal growth of individuals under my leadership. Having a background in sales and marketing has given me a strong understanding of business goals, targets, and vision, as I have worked in the field for several years. My passion lies in HR, and combining my sales and marketing knowledge with my HR expertise like Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Employer Branding and aligning HR policies with Business Goals has been a highly fulfilling experience on its own.
