What I build ->I build B2B SaaS and AI-enabled products where outcomes depend on systems the product team doesn’t control - like Google APIs, Meta APIs, rankings, reviews, and external platforms that change the rules without warning.A lot of my work has lived in uncomfortable product territory: local search, reputation, marketplaces, and integrations - spaces where signals are noisy, dependencies are external.The recurring problem I work on ->Across consumer marketplaces, enterprise SaaS, and AI-assisted products, I have kept running into the same question:How do you design something reliable when visibility, reputation, or conversion depends on systems you don’t own?That problem shows up differently across domains: • In consumer products, it is about trust, discovery, and reputation holding up at scale • In MarTech and B2B SaaS, it is local visibility, lead conversion, and proving ROI despite moving goalposts • In AI-driven products, it is automation built on incomplete, unstable, or externally governed dataHow I operate as a PM ->As a Senior Product Manager, I focus on: • Platform and retention strategy for externally dependent products • AI-assisted and agentic workflows that reduce manual effort without breaking trust • API-first product design, integrations, sync reliability, and failure handling • Making trade-offs between: 1. automation vs control, and 2. speed vs reliabilityLeadership & collaboration ->I work closely with founders and engineering teams, mentor and manage Product Managers, with a strong emphasis on discovery quality and prioritization.What I care about ->If you are building platforms or AI products that depend on external ecosystems and constraints, I am always happy to exchange notes - esp. on what breaks in the real world.

   Leading product strategy, retention, AI initiatives, and platform evolution for a B2B SaaS MarTech product serving multi-location brands.With the MVP in market, my role has shifted to owning product strategy, retention, and platform evolution.I work as a founder-facing PM.I make platform-level trade-offs on: • where standardization vs flexibility is required, and • where automation and AI should replace manual, intuition-driven workflows.A core focus has been improving retention by making outcomes visible.One of the retention strategies I ideated and implemented is the design of a brand-level performance and optimization system.It converts raw GBP and local SEO signals into actionable scores (Performance scores and Listings scores).The scores guide teams to understand where visibility breaks & why, and correspondingly what actions to take to improve it.In parallel, I am shaping the platform’s AI and agentic direction, running customer pilots for capabilities like AI-based segmentation and local SEO performance intelligence to move the product from dashboards toward decision support and guided actions.From a technical PM lens, I partner closely with engineering on API-first platform design including integration & data contracts, sync reliability, failure handling, API quota management, and Google API & OAuth policy compliance.I also manage and mentor other Product Managers, setting discovery standards and raising the bar on product decision-making.
