I lead design, development, integration and adoption of tools that gate bad updates (pre-deployment), contain blast radius (in-deployment), and help automate RCAs (post-deployment). Our scope spans from Firmware to VMs. Integrated pre-deployment validators with deployment orchestrators enabling auto-gating of non-compliant changes. Created a centralized telemetry platform, helping create and visualize the progression of every change getting deployed. Enhanced deployment health signals’ enabling support for self-serve debug instructions - increasing their actionability. Designing a maturity scoring model to predict risks associated with upcoming deployments. Productized and scaled up adoption by over 10X of a novel platform to use floating under-utilized capacity for testing.
