ABOUT VIDUR TAKRU

As a Property Manager at First Service Residential Canada, I am responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of various condominium properties, ensuring compliance with the Condominium Act, and providing excellent customer service to residents and board members. I have a Condominium Management License Certification from the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario, which demonstrates my knowledge and skills in residential condominium management. I also have a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing and Financial Management from GLA University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Delhi University, which equip me with the analytical and strategic thinking abilities to handle complex and diverse situations. With over three years of work experience in the condominium industry, I have developed strong communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. I have successfully handled multiple on site contractors, tenant relations, financial reports, and maintenance requests, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and quality. I am passionate about providing exceptional service and value to my clients and the communities I serve, and I am always eager to learn and grow in my field of expertise.
