As a Credit Analyst at Tap Invest, I am responsible for evaluating potential borrowers and preparing detailed credit recommendations for private credit transactions. My role centers on assessing business fundamentals, analyzing financials, and presenting structured proposals to internal risk and investment committees.To date, I have conducted credit assessments on over 100 companies across sectors such as manufacturing, consumer goods, infrastructure services, and emerging businesses. My analysis includes reviewing financial statements, assessing business models, identifying key risks, and evaluating promoter background and execution capability.I work closely with internal teams to structure credit proposals that are commercially viable and aligned with the borrower’s repayment capacity. My output includes investment memos covering key business drivers, risk analysis, mitigants, and tailored deal structuring insights.This role demands sound judgment, financial acumen, and the ability to evaluate real-world businesses with speed and clarity.
