We have built Happy Ratio around a simple belief: food should be fresh, honest, and properly made.Our SOPs are designed in a way that none of our kitchens have freezers: no frozen food, no shortcuts. Everything is made fresh or baked fresh daily.We also probably annoy our kitchen team a lot, testing 10-15 new wrap ideas a week, constantly pushing food R&D, and trying to turn everyone into better cooks and more confident professionals. We don’t follow traditional kitchen hierarchies; everyone is trained to make wraps the same way, whether it’s the founders, counter staff, or even someone from marketing stepping in.We are a small team trying to build quick, fresh, complete meals wrapped into one, made for busy professionals across Delhi NCR.If you’re around Delhi, Noida, or Gurgaon, try us, support us, and keep sending honest feedback, suggestions, and improvements.
