As a Founding Software Architect at a stealth healthcare technology startup focused on addiction treatment and clinical automation, I led the design and development of a comprehensive suite of AI agents for healthcare across the U.S, Europe, and Middle East markets. My work centered on building real-time voice agents and AI medical scribing systems that transform doctor–patient conversations into structured, EHR-ready outputs such as SOAP notes, encounter summaries, and downstream clinical documentation. I designed and deployed end-to-end AI pipelines combining speech-to-text, medical NLP, and LLM orchestration, and fine-tuned large language models using LoRA to achieve high domain accuracy while keeping inference and training costs efficient. Alongside AI development, I owned core system architecture across frontend dashboards, backend APIs, data models, and cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance-driven design.
