   As TPM of Media Shopping Experience and Softlines team, I manage delivery of various projects under Softlines and Media Shopping Experience programs. I contribute starting from the roadmap planning and resource planning stage at the beginning of every year till project execution and delivery throughout the year. As an end to end delivery owner I work throughout the project lifecycle with different stakeholders, like Product Managers, Engineering Manager and Engineers of our team and our dependent teams within Amazon. I ensure project delivery through project planning, contributing to design, define engagement model with dependent teams and hold them accountable for agreed upon support and delivery, identifying risks upfront, mitigate risks by proposing solutions, decision making by considering trade-offs between different solutions from both business and technical aspect, communicating to leaders and escalating for help when required.
